Cheerleading at Patterson Recreation

Our Youth Cheerleading program is about more than just spirit fingers and pom-poms. It’s an opportunity for kids to grow as confident leaders and supportive teammates. We provide a positive environment where participants learn cheers, chants, and basic movements while emphasizing the importance of school spirit and encouragement. Our cheerleaders will be an integral part of the gameday experience, hyping up the crowd and supporting our flag football teams.

Led by enthusiastic volunteer coaches, our program is designed to build character, coordination, and camaraderie. Participants will develop public speaking skills, rhythm, and self-assurance, all while forming strong friendships. We’re not just teaching cheers; we’re building a community of spirited and empowered young leaders.
